Basic Delivery Information

We offer free shipping on every order $50 and above!
After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Our free shipping offer applies only to shipments made to the 48 continental U.S. states. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery time can take 1-2 weeks.

Out of Stock Items

If, for some reason, we run out of the item you ordered, we’ll notify you ASAP. Don’t worry! Your order won’t be processed.

Shipping and Processing Charges - Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is done via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), and Fed Ex SmartPost (which uses the U.S Postal Service for final delivery to the package destination).
Once an order is placed, delivery can take up to 5-10 business days. We do our best to provide you with accurate delivery times on all of our products, but please note that these times are estimates only. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee.

Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express Delivery

If you need it fast, we can send your shirts via Express or Overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please call us at (800) 480-1488 for more information. Please note that express and overnight shipping is available only for the 48 continental U.S. states

Shipping and Processing Charges - International Shipping

International orders are those that ship outside of the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or FPO and APO addresses. For these other locations, we ship anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $15 U.S. dollars per order. Your order will be shipped via First Class United States Postal Service mail. Shipping may take 7-21 days, however this varies by destination. Please note that sales on all international orders are final.

Our flat rate $15 per order shipping does not include customs charges, duties, VAT fees, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges. These types of charges may be applied by customs in the destination country when, or after delivery is made, are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by QTee. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office, or contact us for additional details.

Please note that credit card charges will be made in US dollars. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card and reflects the daily exchange rate.

Post Office boxes

At this time we are unable to ship to any PO Box address.

Delivery to APO and FPO Addresses

We are happy to make APO and FPO deliveries for you.
When ordering online, you will see a message that indicates that your delivery destination lies outside our normal shipping zones. Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote for you to approve. Please note, when ordering by credit card your card will not be charged for your items until you approve the shipping costs. All APO and FPO deliveries must be sent by USPS.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of California.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at (800) 480-1488.
Please note that most items deliver within 5-10 business days, with some items shipping on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation from us.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to ship our items so they will arrive at your door safely. If you receive an order that is damaged we will replace it as quickly as possible.
Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all original packaging materials. Call Customer Service at (800) 480-1488.

Tracking Your Order

Use our Check Your Order Status page to track the status of your order.
Enter the order number that was sent in your order confirmation email and click the search button to view your information.
Please allow twenty-four business day hours from the time your order was submitted for the status to begin updating.
You can also track your order via the carrier's shipping tracking system. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number for your use. Again, please note that it may take up to twenty-four hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier's website.
